What is podcasting?

Podcasting is a method of publishing audio and video broadcasts via the Internet, allowing users to subscribe and automatically download mp3's of audio files on to portable players called Ipods.

You will need a program that can download our podcasts. We suggest using iTunes . (Mac or PC free download)

1. With iTunes open, select the "Advanced" menu, and choose "Subscribe to Podcast"

2. Paste the below location into the box and press ok.
